What we collect

We collect only the information you provide voluntarily — for example, name, email and message through our contact form. We do not require account registration to use the comparison tool.

Optional referral requests

We only make a quote-referral form available when it identifies the independent licensed partner who will receive the enquiry, including that partner’s AFSL and privacy policy. Before a referral is sent, you must actively ask us to share the contact details and answers you enter with that named partner for that specific insurance enquiry. We do not pre-tick this choice, and we do not use it as consent for unrelated marketing.

If no named licensed referral partner is configured, the form is unavailable and we do not collect quote-request details. You can always request a quote directly from an insurer.

How we use your information

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. Referral-request information is used only to deliver the referral you specifically request. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their unrelated marketing.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage. No personally identifiable data is tracked. We do not use third-party advertising pixels or display advertising on this site.

Third-party links

When you click through to an insurer's website, you leave our site and are subject to that insurer's own privacy policy.
